Processing & Shipping Times
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom, made-to-order, oversized, and specialty items may require additional time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers and freight services to ensure your items arrive safely.
Please note that shipping costs for oversized or freight items may be invoiced after checkout, once exact delivery rates are confirmed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination.
For certain oversized, fragile, or high-value items, shipping will be billed separately after purchase. You will receive an email, or phone call, with the shipping quote and payment link before the item is shipped.
Local Pickup (Baton Rouge)
Local customers are welcome to arrange local pickup at no charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
